Today morning i got a feeling that HDB will release something for the public. Never did I expect that it will launch a BTO at punggol. I was abit disappointed as I just let go this very good chance to own a flat at Tivela, a Premium 4 rm flat project in Seng Kang, I didn't take up that project due to the time that will be taken to build the flat.

Even though disappointed, the onli thing that we could do is to wait for the next WIS or worse come to worse. We will have to get a resale flat. Hope that we will be able to get a new flat soon.

Yesterday i did something to make my darling very angry, as I wanted to catch dinner and watch a movie with my poly mates, I ask my darling if I could go. Without thinking that she might want to join us. I believe it was realli selfish on my side, I should have called her along if I'm realli someone who cares for her feelings. I was so insensitive at times(ManY Times), I hope she have forgiven mi and the next time I will be sure to call her along. Unless she is not willing to attend.

Today is the first time i sort of mention to my poly mates that I'm are getting ROM with Florance in Dec and our customary will be in June. I think it's the rite thing to do as we have been friends for so long. They are quite surprise as "Sam", my another classmate who says that he is planning, for a long time, did not make this move while I am the one who executed it. Hehe, actually I'm planning for a long time too...just that i didn't say that cus there is no $$ in my pocket : )
