Today morning i got a feeling that HDB will release something for the public. Never did I expect that it will launch a BTO at punggol. I was abit disappointed as I just let go this very good chance to own a flat at Tivela, a Premium 4 rm flat project in Seng Kang, I didn't take up that project due to the time that will be taken to build the flat.
Even though disappointed, the onli thing that we could do is to wait for the next WIS or worse come to worse. We will have to get a resale flat. Hope that we will be able to get a new flat soon.
Yesterday i did something to make my darling very angry, as I wanted to catch dinner and watch a movie with my poly mates, I ask my darling if I could go. Without thinking that she might want to join us. I believe it was realli selfish on my side, I should have called her along if I'm realli someone who cares for her feelings. I was so insensitive at times(ManY Times), I hope she have forgiven mi and the next time I will be sure to call her along. Unless she is not willing to attend.
Today is the first time i sort of mention to my poly mates that I'm are getting ROM with Florance in Dec and our customary will be in June. I think it's the rite thing to do as we have been friends for so long. They are quite surprise as "Sam", my another classmate who says that he is planning, for a long time, did not make this move while I am the one who executed it. Hehe, actually I'm planning for a long time too...just that i didn't say that cus there is no $$ in my pocket : )

Today we went to Lee Hwa Jewellery to collect my darling Diamond ring. It's quite small in size, onli 0.268 carats F VVS1. It belongs to the Destinee Series of diamond.
We got this size as we are having a budget constraint, but dun worri darling, I will getting you a bigger and better one once we got the chance ok? dun be so sad. I promise.
The ring that my darling longs to have has finally arrived. So happi.... Actually we had got our engagement ring already too....will try to see if i have the picture for you guys to see....

Nothing much realli special happens today. Just tried to get hold of the photographer for our ROM photos today but it turns out one of them Wai Peng is being booked for tat day, and hence we are onli left with Kah Heng, you can visit him at http://kahheng.fotopic.net/ But I worry about his services for the whole day he did not try to call mi but onli liaise with mi through sms, called his several times but he did not pick up. When I set the timing to meet him on this coming Saturday at 4pm, he didn't even confirm it with mi. Kinda Off.
How I wish Wai Peng in still available.....
Went to meet my Ntuc Income advisor since my army days, as she wanted mi to put in my nomination. Wow tat's long. She didn't try to put mi any policy though, to my surprise. But she got explain to mi a few policy after I requested that I wanted to know more. It was then that I realize that as we are getting marry and setting up a family. Insurance is a very important thing that we need to know about. Since my darling dun like to be involve in this, think i got to take up the initative on this. Darling it's realli important u know

Today happens to be the 2nd day of my Mum's foodstall opening. The location is at Blk 324 somewhere in Bukit Batok. I went to help yesterday and today starting from 6am. It's hard work man my friends. But is alrite, so think we can still survive there. Just went through a failed venture at Toh Guan East. Suffered heavy loses there.
Meet my GF's family for dinner to celebrate Fathers' Day at Crystal Jade at Toa Payoh. The food was quite nice and the Xiao Long Bao taste alrite. Maybe you would like to have a try next time?

As today is our last half year anniversary before our ROM,
I intended to propose to my darling, so i went to look for a
good restaurant for our anniversary celebration, which we
have not realli celebrated for a few years. The answer to my
search-->Desire, a restaurant in The Scarlet Hotel. Hence I
booked the place one week ago and secretly order a bouquet
of 99 roses for my darling. But somehow she manage to find
out. So it was no surprise.
When we reach the restaurant, it was a realli nice and cosy
place, the food was nice and ambience was very nice. We order
a bottle of Red Wine, which makes both of us realli high and
sleepy in the end. Haha
Well there was no actual propose, but during our chit chat at
the restaurant we both mutually understood that I realli
wanna to make her my legal wife and she is all reali to accept
that. Well seems like my proposal is a success even when no
words about it is mention. Maybe this is wat happens when you
are together for too long and no proposal have been make until
6 month before the ROM. But i still believe it's better late then
never!
